During the lessons, the children learned about the importance of the Regional Museum and the value and historic significance of museum’s objects, got acquainted with the nature and history of the Sakhalin region, tried themselves in a role of an archaeologist, entomologist, geologist, cartographer, restorer, saw authentic items from the museum’s auxiliary collections, and some of the kids already saw himself or herself as a future scientist.
We thank the pre-school educational institutions for the fruitful cooperation and announce the start of receiving applications for the new year.
