„To the benefit of motherland“ The Amur expedition letters and documents (1849–1856)

The selection of original historical documents are extracted from (letters, notes, slates, statements, applications and other materials). Stored in a number of the Central and Sakhalin archives of Russian Federation, dedicated on works of the Amur and Sakhalin expeditions under commander G. I. Nevelskoy in 1849–1856. Thanks to activity of Russian naval officers, this document more visibly and historically authentically introduced. This brave people in harsh conditions without roads, explore huge territories of Priamyrye, Primorye and Sakhalin Island. This territories became the part of Russian State.
The book is devoted to scientist-historians, archivists and local historians. And also who is interested in history discovering, studying and reclaiming of Far East boundaries.
